CE Program Management Services
AffinityCE has developed proprietary software systems to manage CE events: meeting, conferences, webinars, enduring activities. This software is unique in that it was designed and built by AffiintyCE, an accredited provider, which provides significant advantages in managing all aspect of CE programs and in an accreditation compliant manner.
AffinityCE Systems are paperless, online, can collect faculty documents: CVs, electronically signed disclosures of potential conflict of interest, CE agreements and contracts; activity documents: presentations, learning objectives, as part of the screening, review and approval processes. A component of this System is an online participant track system that records attendance, collects evaluations, issues CE certificates and stores participant records.

National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care and Treatment meetings
AffinityCE provided comprehensive CME accreditation and data management services for the 2012, 2016, and 2018 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care and Treatment meetings, the national conference on HIV that the Health Resources and Services Administration sponsors every other year for their grantees.
AffinityCE worked with an average of 250 CE content subject matter experts in the field of HIV research and treatment during each meeting cycle. Features provided included our abstract solicitation and management system; program accreditation for between 100–200 activities focused on eight major health professions; and evaluation and participant tracking systems.
AffinityCE provided activity accreditation and content development for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, dentists, social workers, dietitians, and healthcare executives. Each National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care and Treatment was attended by more than 2,500 participants, of which an average of 1,000 sought CE credit.
AffinityCE’s online platforms enforced ACCME regulations regarding concurrent sessions held over the four-day conferences, enabling participants to claim an appropriate amount of credit for their attendance. Also included was a comprehensive review of promotional materials, all accredited presentation slides, and handouts prior to presentation at the meeting.
AMSUS, The Society of Federal Health Professionals Annual Meeting
For the past eight years, AffinityCE has been working with AMSUS (the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States) to provide comprehensive CE accreditation services for their annual meeting; and numerous other individual activities and related educational offerings.
AffinityCE provides comprehensive CE accreditation and data management services via its online platforms. CE activities are accredited for physicians, family physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, dentists, physician assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, social workers, health care executives, psychologists, speech language professionals, medical administrators, and health education specialists.
